Yummy breakfast for our family! I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil and vanilla yogurt instead of eggs (ran out of eggs) and it was so good! I added dried cranberries instead of nuts and it ended up tasting like carrot cake! Thank you

These are great! I used honey crisp and only 1/2 cup
Of sugar and these were great! I had specs of a green

I pureed cooked, softened carrots and used applesauce instead of shredded apples. They came out great! Alot like carrot cake only in muffin form. I will make these again for sure!
