Hey Jen, I tried your healthy banana cookies (flourless/eggless)! I’m not one to stick to a recipe exactly (as I usually don’t have all the ingredients); but this one was pretty close, except I used whole oats, real sugar & sprayed pan with coconut oil! The first time they were a little too moist for my taste ~ couldn’t get anyone else to eat them (too healthy for a cookie? – but that was my goal!). The second time, I added 1 T. of flax seeds to give it more of a crunch ~ also ground the oats in a blender (so as not to be seen!) Baking them on parchment paper helped remove some of the moisture. Most all of them were eaten! I saved a few to freeze … and today I took one out to eat! Delicious on this HOT 4th of July weekend! Thanks much for the inspiration! In reply to Lori. OMG Lori! It was absolutely amazing! I seem to have a weird shape for the styles these days. I'm small on top and have a little waist but have a booty and bigger hips/legs. The skinny jeans just aren't flattering on me. So my main thing I needed help with was finding a style with skinny jeans that would flatter me and tops that are flowy but not huge on me. Anyway, my girl was so awesome. I left with a ton of shirts, two pairs of good skinny jeans, the cutest pair or booties and two new bras! (She had me fitted for a new bra and I was wearing way too small of a size!) All in all, I was very satisfied with my personal shopping experience and plan on going back again when it's short season. I think it's definitely worth it! And you don't have to pay extra or anything, just buy the clothes that you like. :) Thanks for reading my blog, too! So happy to have you!!
