In reply to Miz Helen. I am a stroke survivor and it is very difficult to use the oven to bake. This worked beautifully. No lifting in and out of the oven with risk of dropping a baking sheet. They were great just plain with no icing or anything. I made half a recipe. Sweet chocolate tooth was satisfied in just a few minutes. 2 minutes on medium setting for each batch

Made these tonight. They were terrific. Everyone loved them. Instead of icing, I added chocolate chips, so delicious. Only thing is I had to be careful with the temp of my waffle iron; it only has one setting. So the chocolate chips burn if your waffle iron is too hot. Those test cookies (even a little well done) were still great!
