My family and I just kept saying how good this was as we were eating it for the first time! Very good and easy! We will definitely make this again ( and again…)!! The Avocado salsa was very good and went so well with the flavors of the marinated chicken!

This recipe is fabulous! It’s definitely a 5 star recipe! I was wondering if I could freeze the raw chicken marinade and defrost and grill at a later time? Thanks!

Superb! I am the “chef” in our family and have somewhat gourmet tastes, so I am generally not enthused about online recipes, but this one, however, this one is really great! I followed your recipe pretty closely, only increasing the amount of avocado and the amount of minced garlic.

My particular preference is to slowly grill the chicken and right before pulling it off, raise the heat and let the outside char just a bit, We ate this with a side of roasted garlic asparagus and a small garden salad. I don’t think we could have gone more healthy!

Like another commenter said, we too will be adding this to our list of special dinner recipes!
