Great recipe! It is super easy to make and a quick dinner, not to mention quite tasty! I’ve made it twice already. The first time I used ground chicken. I added sweet chili sauce to the marinade, gives it a little kick! The 2nd time, I only had chicken breast, so we chopped it up to a similar consistency and I didn’t have water chestnuts, so I used pistachios that I chopped up to give it a little crunch. It was delicious!

Hi Jen, thanks for your reply, I found sliced water chestnuts in a five ounce can and I have my Boston lettuce ready, making this tonight for dinner, we love it! Merry Christmas!

These were a hit with my entire family. I boiled some rice in chicken broth and loaded the wraps with rice and then topped them with turkey using this recipe. It was delightful and my picky teen even loved them!! Thanks

My whole family loves it! I did one pan chicken and one with tofu for my vegetarian husband. I feel like it’s uncommon that I find a recipe I don’t feel like I have to tweak to make it better. Way to go! It was easy too.

Loved the sauce ! I will keep this recipe around just for the nice tangy sauce. I also used cubed chicken breast meat instead of ground. It didn’t work as well as a lettuce wrap as ground chicken might have. This was dinner for us also. It was great!
